Authentic Mexican Food Tour Summary

This experience is available year round, and the pricing shown is subject to variations based on the number of guests in the tour.

To think about Mexico is to think about its food, its culture and its people. This experience balances it all, with a focus on food. While touring what are arguably the three Mexican capitals of gastronomy (Mexico City, Puebla and Oaxaca), you will have a chance to explore local markets, attend cooking classes and intertwine food and histoy, at each of these states.

The tour steps away from modern concoctions of Mexican food, and instead focusing on traditional foods, techniques and ingredients. As part of the tour, you will also visit the best markets in Mexico, Puebla and Oaxaca, and learn about pulque and mezcal, tequila’s lesser known cousins.
